They have cameras, and they can track the ticket on the computer. I have the time I purchased the ticket in the casino (they can see me via camera) I have the exact bet I made, the amount wagered, and amount won (and it was not a common bet)

So what they normally do, is look on the cameras see me making bet, find the bet in the system, and then if no one else claims the ticket in 30 days (the ticket expires) I fill out a lost ticket form and receive the money 30 days later.

And the PA gaming statute REQUIRES all sportsbook machines to be able to track all tickets bet in just this fashion.

So, this casino decided to go against the PA gaming commission and enact a new polisy where they dont pay ANY expired, lost or damaged tickets.

Not only should I win this case (and I really believe I will) it is going to force the casino to change there entire policy.
