Love to hate character

There's a few magnificent bastards in my writings, a byproduct of how much I like the kind of dysfunctional dynamic where people's interaction makes them worse. However, if there had to be a hate sink (instead of just the tragic villains, misguided extremists, thugs for hire, affluenca-rotten moneybags, and people who dirtied their hands in order to take down a greater evil, that I find are far more typical villains in my works), someone that did evil for evil itself and revelled in it, I'd nominate Tinged.

Her name was originally given by the Welsh authorities as Tynged, which is a sort of curse from Welsh legends, but it was corrupted into Tinged within the first attacks outside Wales. Tynged is a pretty good description of what Tinged's superpower does: an absolute command, that the person so commanded must obey, subsequently becoming immune to being commanded further. Now, taken alone, this kind of power is formidable, but, with its very evident weakness, nothing the heroes don't have the protocols to handle. However, Tinged was crafty leads the Menagerie, an international roaming group of murderhobos.
