Do you love your car?

Good question. I'm about to head out, so I'll make this short and sweet.

My first car was a 318i from, oh I don't even recall. I bought it with my own money. It had been repainted in the same flat color and it was kept clean. The only issue it had was a sensor issue, which was an easy fix with an aftermarket device. Very reliable for an 80s BMW. I sold it for around 3,200 and it got picked up within a few days of me putting the ad online. It passed P2P inspection - even the dealer was shocked. Very fun car. The dude who bought it from me managed to total it a few months later. -.-

2nd car was an Accord I also bought with my own money again. It was a 2004 or 2005. I needed something sensible for school. It lasted me for two or three years into college when I sold it and got a car from my folks.

3rd car. It's the one in my flair. One of my parent's to be exact. 335i fully loaded with super low miles. Even now, it's got less than 45K miles and very, very reliable. I keep up with the work though. Fully loaded, and I had a specialized exhaust installed professionally.

4th car. Realizing I needed something sensible for long trips because I didn't like to lower the value on the Bimmer, I financed a fully loaded Honda Pilot EX in the beginning of 2012, before I finished school. I put a large DP down and paid the car off fully roughly 15 months later.

5th car. I've considered selling my Bimmer and purchasing or leasing an F Type Coupe R. I don't have the space for a third car, but I also don't want to sell the BMW.

I love and cherish my cars. I'll park a quarter mile away just to avoid dings from idiots. If I had to pick one car to drive everyday, it would be my old 318i. Unfortunately, it was an automatic, but it would be even more fun in manual. If I had to try and remember, it was likely an '84. I had so much fun in that car. It wasn't very fast or remotely powerful, but my god it was a joy to drive. It had pristine cream, original leather. Going from that to an Accord sucked balls.
