Mailed support about the lack of Vitality motes...

This is my pretty mad at them email:

Dear Dena, Your company is being disrespectful with your players/costumers. We are thoroughly watching your every move and after the maintenance happened we haven't seen any notice or any prediction of the collaboration events that Japanese subsidiary had or even the events that provided useful abilities and new content that was supposed to be cannon to everybody but global subsidiary just didn't care to release.
We have a community that follows all the content released in Japanese FFRK and in Global FFRK. Why would Global FFRK miss all the following events? Does Dena even do the maths and check out the HUGE impact that those issuing events does to the game equilibrium?

Missing events and abilities we have until now: 'Dual Tomahawk' relic which grants 'Double Attack II' Unique Soul Break to Core Warrior Event 26: Door to Another Dimension: Evil God of Mardias 2★ Fireball (Black, m2.0 AoE) ability 2★ Rainstorm (Black, m2.0 AoE) ability 2★ Pulse of Life (Support, gives regen) ability 3★ Power of Water (White, +30% ATK) ability 4★ Unholy Blitz (Combat, p1.6 AoE dark) ability Event 133: Bra*Bra music collab 5★ Angelsong (Bard, party hi regen) ability 6★ Allegro con Moto (Bard, party fast magic atks 3) ability Event 145: The Seven Heroes collab 4★ Noel (Summon, ice AoE and Silence) ability Event 152: FFXI Vana’diel Chronicles collab 5★ Hailstorm (Samurai, ice, self +30% ATK, -30% RES) ability Ayame - XI character Curilla - XI character The secret of mana collab events And the list will only increase more and more as Dena Global skip the schedule of those events.

What's the impact of those missing events and abilities? Well, it's pretty obvious that your company is NOT measuring the impacts of missing events or even analyzing the discrepancies and the patterns of the abilities, orbs and motes offered. Missing events had Great Orbs, Weapons and Motes as rewards for completing then, so when Dena Global Subsidiary skips an event, it needs to replace those missing items in some way. We're falling into missing patterns and items that break the game balance. As an example, the next set of motes that should have been provided into the raid multiplayer dungeons was the Vitality Motes, but since the event that provided those in Japan was a Collab event that we DIDNT RECEIVE, we're now receiving Spirit motes, clearly skipping some missing items that changes the balance of the gameplay and breaks our planning schedules and items received. The 4★ motes are a rare item and we need to use it with extreme caution, because we can't record sphere those characters 100% and we have a lot of ground and time to cover if we want to spend our motes on all the characters we want. We don't have means to farm them or obtain them via enemy drops, so the only chance to receive those motes and other items are from events, so when we miss an event, you should remake the items of the next events so they follow the pattern or you guys should release all the items and abilities for free or as daily logins since they where clearly missed. Just as a notice, to fill 100% of the 4★ motes and record dive all the characters, we need around 30000 total motes. Yes, thirty thousand motes with vitality (9000) and dexterity (7000) motes being the most needed ones. We receive monthly around 160 4★ motes, so we would need 16 years of game to make it 100%. So, if we miss those events it means that we're finishing our characters in 17 years instead of 16. I really wish I could make this game 100% but we can see that we will never make this game 100%. (Not even counting the weapons that we won't ever get and the money we need to spend to get all the relics.) Dena likes to answer that Global subsidiary makes a different game from Japanese subsidiary, but that's not true for most of the time. Since we're not getting exclusive content to fulfill those blank spaces that are happening in the game schedule, Dena is just showing to us that it doesn't care about the game development or even to the game balance. if your subsidiary doesn't care to take your time to develop new content, just translate all the content that is being made in Japan and release in global. Your company can answer that you have restrictions to licensing issues, so go work your way to get those licenses or just make fake events that resemble the material that was released in Japan like we've seen in a lot of football games where famous players from all over the world have their names changed so they didn't bring legal issues to the case. At least with fake names of events we would understand that it was done because the licensing issues where troubling the company. Your company needs to act fast and to work your way out of this situation. Global FFRK can lose its balance because of all the missing stuff we're getting. It's no surprise anymore to our community that Dena Global Subsidiary likes to makes mistakes, but we still hope that your company can be more respectful with your gamers/costumers by being transparent and showing how you can fill those voids that those missing stuff are causing to the game balance. Wish just to hear a word from anybody that understand that this is a big issue and not just a random and repeated answer that you "are taking your feedback very seriously, and escalating this ticket to the development team so they will further discuss it". It needs to be DONE and not discussed, we need ACTIONS and not excuses. My word may not represent exactly what the whole community represent, but it is being pretty common to see that our minds are thinking the same about Dena's missing actions. Just hope to see more transparency and communication with us than Dena is doing nowadays.
