Manager targeted me because of my family priorities; it cost her her job.

I dunno. This sounds like creative writing to me tbh.

So from your description it sounds a lot with how Lowes works, based on acronyms, phrasing, ect.

HR at most box stores, regardless, isn't under an ASM.

If she was firing left and right like you imply and end the story with, well, she wouldnt last long. At-will doesn't superced unemployment insurance, and I highly doubt corporate would turn a blind eye to both a high turnover and excessive unemployment claims. Especially since those are both massive redflags to corporate. Who want to avoid unemployment claims, union risk, and potential lawsuits.

That's also why big box requires excessive documentation to term employees. Another corporate red flag.

Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards are all closed both Thanksgiving and Christmas.

It's just weird that there was also an underground anti-muslim blackmail thing going on from the same manager. Not unbelievable, I guess, especially in that industry, but it's odd that one manager would have so many demotion flags at once.

Mass walk out that wasn't reported on.

This just seems like too many check boxes on "yeah fuck the man!"

And finally: it's happenstance revenge, not pro revenge.
