Banning alcohol is not the solution I guess. People make anyways Ghar di kaddhi sharab at home. All the drugs are banned but that doesn't stop people to intoxicate themselves with drugs. According to me even Marijuana should be legal.. That will make people consume less of cocaine and stuff.

And Punjab deserves its own capital and even though I want Chandigarh to be capital of Punjab I don't see it happening in near future.

Semi autonomy in what context? Despite what nehru said, we can still demand more autonomy and Federal rights. But most people don't even know what to demand. I mean every state after seeing punjab will ask for more federal rights and I see it as a good thing(except the religion based laws like love jihad etc).
