Is a Master's Degree in Computer Science worth it if you have no computer science background at all?

You're not going to be offered a position to a CS Master's if you have no CS or mathematical education/training. Even if you were somehow able to get enrolled for the degree (which you won't) there is no way you're going to complete it successfully. Especially not if you say you're struggling to study the basics of programming and CS topics.

I don't know what you think a Master's degree is, but it's not a bonus degree you do just because you want to expand your skills to include different subjects, it's an advanced degree requiring a solid foundation of knowledge and understanding for the subject you want to do further study on.

Sorry, but this is just a bizarre idea you have.
