Megathred: 5 women claim sexual misconduct against Louis CK

Buddy re-read what I said.

Are you male? You also seem to have a severe lack of understanding of what it's like to be cornered, particularly when it's a woman by a man due to the strength imbalance.

Going up to someone's room is not a marker of consent. At all. Turn down sex but have them push to be able to masturbate in front of you? Like man sexual assault is really common and often people will freeze and go along with the bare minimum and get out as soon as possible to try and ensure their safety. While the jury is still out on Louis this is not just dismissable because but but but girl you assume is straight (and even if she's not straight that changes nothing) went up to a guys room and somehow these things imply consent because numbers game. You seem to have little understanding of the fear of angering someone and having them push it further and go into full on rape. Same as creepers cornering you on a train etc. The most common response is to freeze and go along with the bare minimum so you can gtfo asap. More people wish they were loud and aggressive in their sexual boundaries but are not due to fear.

There's actually an excellent post by someone in the skeletons thread right now thats near the top who used to pull this exact same thing (push for being able to whack off in front of a girl when she turned him down) who realised how he was accidentally preying on their fear of him escalating things to be able to do so. I strongly recommend reading it for a view on what can be happening in these situations. Sure some are consensual. Some are not. You don't get to write this all off as consensual based on your weird logic.

This goes for all genders by the way and is not just a male/female dynamic before you pull that.
