Alright so this shit is gonna sound fishy, but I 100% guarantee you it’s amazing, and that no scaly friends were harmed in the making.

And the secret surprise ingredient:
You make it like you would risotto normally. Briefly heat the rice in some oil, then add the stock. Mince onion, slice mushrooms and brown them on the side, add Thyme if you’re feeling fancy.
When rice is al dente, add in the mushrooms, a good knob (BIGGER THAN YOU THINK) of butter and the cheese, grated. Also toss in the blueberries. Combine until blueberries start to break.
Serve with more cheese and black pepper.
