I met a woman that truly was abused. She is one of my tenants. She didn’t tell me or talk about it but she had some serious injuries and scars and she was living in a city 3,218.7 kilometers away after changing her name. She was super private and wasn’t blabbing about anything. I make a joke about being in witness protection and she said she wish she was hiding from the mob. Her ex is a cop.
She acted very differently than the suburban housewives claiming they were abused terribly but they will laugh and joke with the guy at their kids soccer game.
