WHY would you give a DPOA? How long have you been on this sub? I'm no lawyer but as your wife.. I'm not sure you have any recourse against her. IMHO...canceling the card after using it to do all this may constitute fraud...but my own personal experience with this sort of thing is I took up a new residence about 100 miles away for a new job and took the van I paid for and was in my name with. She was left with a newer car to use. I came back home every week to 10 days or so.

Because I did not talk to her once for over a week...that bitch called the cops on me and said I stole her van. The cops told her because I am her husband (did NOT bring ownership into it at all) they couldn't do anything. When I confronted her about doing this shit she said that "she was worried and just wanted to talk to me". I could have been slammed in to a jail cell for grand theft auto. So I know this happens.
