You have nailed it down to a T. He gets away with everything. I don't associate with him often so I don't know a lot. But I know he has a lot of this coming his way. But I feel it wont actualy turn out because those who were scammed have any real solid backing of their accusation.
From what I have seen, most of those who what tried perusing justice have been told:
"Its a civil matter, not criminal"
But this shit is wire fraud, this shit is a felony. How can someone so dirty, and fucked up in the head get away with stealing thousands of dollars from people. Who work for their money. OMG I would be ruined if I was one of his victims.
It kills me to be put into this position where I have to act like this on some subreddit of some website.
Its the principle. If I was scammed by him, and a mod was offered help to give me assistance to produce justice. And that mod community hid it to preserve its reputation instead of confronting it. I would be pissed.
Im putting myself in the shoes of those who were scammed.
I owe it to them given the situation I willingly put myself in the first time thinking I was helping my own brother. Instead scamming the person I thought I was selling a product to.
Im not that person, will never be that type of person. So im going to peruse this to the end.
I want you to know, if you were one of my brothers victims. I would do anything to help you. Even if my reddit acount/me was responsible. Like what started all of this.
Even if it wasn't and had nothing to do with this, and I got away scott free. I would of still msg'd hwswaps admins with this.
I didnt know he was doing this, untill I got caught up in it. And I tried doing some digging myself.

Seriously, who the fuck would put this much energy into something like this into a website lol...

Just know that with people like this, they have to want to change themselves. Their are people you can save, and people who were lost a long time ago.
Your experience itself is like a mirror of mine. Its hard to live with it. Just try to learn from it, and see everything as something you can learn from.
But Im dumb for saying that because I know you already do.
Oh, and at first he used pay pal, then a few months later I remember him saying something about how google wallet is good for the shit he does.
