Tried using Word today - got a message stating that there was a problem with my account and had to log back in. Tried. No password it could reasonably be worked; account got locked but was still able to reset the password. Got told I have to unlock it using a security code sent to my phone to try to log back in. I've re-entered my phone number again and again and again, and keep getting a "We cannot send a text message to this number." response. To restate: It's not even that I'm not receiving a text with the security code; it's that Live is telling me itself that it won't even send it, and I haven't been presented with the option to receive a security code by any other means.

Need a fix, an alternative message of receiving a verification code, or assistance getting back into my account by other means.
