Millennials of Reddit: are your biggest frustrations in life actually what mainstream common knowledge leads us to believe they are (student loans, few opportunities, no hope for the future)?

Ha I totally guessed you were from Denmark before seeing your answer further down.

I lived in DK for 3 years for my uni studies. Which goes back to your point of the country investing in youth. Sure, the taxes are high in Denmark, but nevertheless people make enough to live a good life. The youth is encouraged and has the actual opportunity to pursue their dreams.

Denmark is certainly considered a wealthy country when compared to other places in the world, but from my observations of the locals, I think Danes are chill and humble folk. Like they are so comfortable with their lives, there's no need to flex. No need for excesses. (I didn't live in CPH, guess the capital is a little different).

I really admire Danes and am very thankful for my time in Denmark <3
