Why is the mindset around Arch so negative?

And what is the reason... To answer frequently asked questions?

What happens when I ask not so frequent question and get told to RTFM with no link to the fucking manual or any hint regarding the issue?

If you insist on me reading your fucking "faq" or the fucking manual, as in, do my own research, prove me you've done your own research and can confirm that the fucking manual contains the fix to my problem.

You won't help just me with that, you will help everyone later down the line who finds my question with your answer containing a link to the fucking manual, and everyone will be happy, even google, that will end up showing arch wiki page to that particular question in google search bar, as opposed to the forum thread that just gets everyone to go indirectly to arch wiki page you want everyone to go to.

Of course, why fucking put in effort to make it better to everyone when RTFM is just 3 buttons on your keyboard, right...?

Manual does not contain explanation as to why asshats that aren't willing to help hang around forums that are supposedly here exactly to help people, so I won't fucking read your fucking stupid manual until you include that.
