I think they may struggle to bring in both McGovern and Shiel unless they downgrade Pick 1 or use next years 1st in addition to some of this years 2nd round picks.

Either way, they have a good young core with Cripps, Docherty, Curnow, Dow, Marchbank etc.

My main concern for them is that their current leaders (Simpson, Kreuzer, Murphy etc) are unlikely to be in their next flag push and they don't have too many quality players in that current 24-27 age bracket to lead them as their youngsters further develop.

Bringing in people like Shiel would definitely help with their age profile but they may struggle for a bit longer as they replace their experienced players.
