Williams- bpa, was a steal. If he is not available, substitute another d lineman but d line would be a good place to good if we get a good value. Bpa.
DJ Humphries- was the best OT coming out of high school. Shows promise at times, has to work on leaning too much into defender and hand placement but is a solid pick at a team need.
Ali Marpet- really like this guy, a steal at 4th round I couldn't pass him up.
Jordan hicks- very athletic, quick enough to cover guys and I believe we need someone like that as backup to JT Thomas.
Chris Conley- ran a 4.35 at the combine. That type of speed could open up the field even more for OBJ and Vereen. Could possibly play in the slot too at times (I think, not sure) to really open it up and is a good insurance policy on Cruz ( god forbid he doesn't come back to form).
7A. John Crockett- Voracious runner. Nicknamed 'Taz' after tazmanian devil for his non-stop movement. Not the fastest but is shifty. Deep running back class so we really have to take one at some point if we can.
7B. Jean Sifrin- Older (entered college late) I think he is like 26 or 27, but he has huge upside potential and could be good depth especially if he can learn to block well. Already is an excellent pass catcher and could be a steal in the 7th round.
So let me know what you guys think, I would have liked to have grabbed a linebacker prior to the 5th round (and gotten one of Perryman, Dawson or mickinney) but I agree with many of you on here that we should address o-line in the second to get some real quality. Correct me if some of my player analysis is wrong. But this is the type of draft I think we should go. Quality players while keeping positions of need in mind.
