I recently upgraded my Drive to 2TB so I could back up my external hard drive. I've been doing so over the past few days with no problems.

This morning, however, I woke up to find my account has been suspended for what Google thinks is "likely a serious violation of Google's policies" (no further detail was given). I looked at the policies and can't see anything I could have done to break them. There's a form to attempt to restore an account, but it doesn't allow you to provide any detail. I'd like Google to know that I'm willing to rectify and problems in order to get my account back.

I'm nearly having a panic attack, as this has been my primary account for over a decade and so much of my life is tied to it: passwords, finances, emails from lost loved ones, stored documents, and more.

I've posted to the Community Help forums, but received no answer. Would you all have any ideas? Thank you.
