Seriously….I understand that the media has portrayed Portland as a shithole and there are quite a few things that the city can fix, but if you are going to move (back) to the city with such a negative view, then you are going to carry said negative view throughout your stay.

If you want to improve Portland, then get off your ass and do something about it. Don’t just sit behind your keyboard and complain about a city that you haven’t resided in for years.

I am failing to understand why on earth would someone move here with such a negative output? What on earth was OP expecting? Do they want us to hold their hand, applaud them, and praise them shitting on this city that they are supposedly relocating to?
