Yeah, I figure that's what he intends to do because it's exactly what he did when his uncle died. His uncle's children kinda just let him have his garbage because he got there first. The man has no shame. I'm not sure if my wife and I can make it out to Arkansas before him and we don't know anyone there. So I guess there's not much else we can do other than hope he doesn't just throw everything out if he can't sell it.

Good to know he can't just sell the house within a week like he seemed to be trying, though. I'm also not sure why he would even mention he gets a majority of her estate because he's the oldest. I really don't want to have to legally fight this guy.
