My friends psych said she’s not BPD cause “she’s not evil”

I've been told I'm a perfectionist when I'm by all accounts a laid-back person, that I'm "traumatized" (the psych couldn't explain this, just said my behavior seems like I am traumatized), and I even had a psych when I was 16 tell my mom that I'm gay when I didn't talk about sexuality at all to him (that was a fun conversation). I've found that they generally form a snap judgement about me and the rest of the sessions are just them asking questions to try and support that initial hypothesis. It's really useless at best and I went through a lot of frustrating encounters before I realized I wasn't going to find the answers I was looking for with a "mental health professional" lol
