Some people are smarter than other people or better at some things or more talented or whatever. If you are bothered by it then you need to find somebody who is less intelligent or capable than you are.

I have dated a lot of men who were less intelligent than I was, and it became a problem only because they made it one. They would want to explain things to me to impress me with their knowledge when I already knew more about the subject than they did. Or to feel superior. I dunno. I also got complaints because I didn't have to study. I could just go to class and remember everything.

I tested as gifted in school. People think everything is easy when you are smart, but it's not. It makes you stand out and it makes you different, and a lot of people resent it. I have had someone in a difficult class make pissy comments about the fact that I did so well, because the fact that I did better in the class bothered them. People don't like it when other people are smarter or better at something than they are. Not everyone, but enough people that it sucks
