My manager told me my team dislikes me lol.

Basically that I am too slow with tasks, I don't ask enough questions, I ask the same questions multiple times (which I've had my senior dev say to me "I've already told you this" towards things that I've never asked before). I'll own up to all of them, I'm not happy with my performance either, and that's what I told my manager. But again, it's hard to learn when I'm constantly troubleshooting issues.

I've been having all sorts of issues. My VPN doesn't work at all, I've already had to replace my laptop twice because they sent me faulty ones. Two of my development environments wouldn't deploy and are constantly giving me issues, issues that my senior dev has said he's never had happen to him. I've already been in contact with desktop support probably close to 30 times in 5 months.

It's almost funny, the actual code changes don't take me long at all, it's all the other bullshit that's slowing me down, but I'm taking all the heat for it. I guess it's fair enough because if anyone should take the blame it should be me, but I'm also not too sure what they expect because every time I run into one of these issues I make it clear to the team that it's impacting my ability to move forward with the tasks.
