My Passive aggressive work environment is really triggering me.

Wow. I’m so sorry you have to deal with that. You don’t deserve that at all. It’s so difficult dealing with those types of people while dealing with trauma on top of that.

I’m dealing with something very similar now. It’s not everyone I work with, just a select few that are just downright mean but do so in a passive aggressive way. I’ve called a co-worker out on it, only for him to be like “Oh my god, why are you so upset, I was just kidding”, meanwhile I wasn’t upset. This co-worker said to me while we were talking about how he dresses up for drag “I look more like a female than you do” and because he ALWAYS has something rude to say to me, I asked him if he thought saying that was necessary, only for him to accuse me of being upset. He’s honestly the biggest piece of shit I’ve ever met in my life and since he’s best friends with the manager, I can’t say anything. The two of them just gossip about everyone. If you make a mistake, she’s so rude about it. It’s only been getting worse and worse.

I try not to let it get to me so I just keep to myself. I go in and do my job and leave. I work with some other great people, so when I get my schedule and notice I’m working with this particular co-worker, I switch shifts with someone. My personality cannot deal with passive-aggressive behaviours or comments and it’s started to really impact my mental health. Like you, I can’t just quit, so I’m toughing it out while looking for another job.

I wish I could give you some advice on how to better deal with it because I know how frustrating it is. I’m sorry you have to deal with these people. I just ignore it and don’t engage, but like the other commenter mentioned, I’d definitely look for another job because it’s only going to get worse. Even making a complaint that you didn’t receive enough training won’t matter.

Best of luck❤️
