When I ship a GPU. I ship it in two boxes. Outside box would have to be destroyed and wrappings removed before the main box with GPU inside was touched. This guy clearly did a fucked up shipping job.

If you don't protect your GPU the same way AMAZON OR NEWEGG ships a new GPU to you. YOU ARE TO BLAME.
