Where I live it can get down to -26ºC, and mine all stay outside. I do heel in the ones that aren't already planted in the ground, but I've also left some plants just set on the ground and they survived.
You can find your USDA plant hardiness zone here to help decide how much winter protection they'll need in a normal winter, though since it looks like you've done some repotting out of season and some really hard pruning, I would probably go with more protection this winter.
When in the ground, white spruce is hardy to zone 3 (as low as -40ºF/-40ºC) and most junipers (it looks like a Juniperus squamata, though I'm not certain) are hardy to zone 4 (as low as -30ºF/-34ºC).
