[NB25] Workout injury is making me question whether I should finally start HRT

I'm not so sure about this because I'm still learning about progesterone, but I think the reason it's recommended to wait 1-2 years for us Trans Women to be on it is because breast growth from E needs to finish first, otherwise it could stunt breast growth. But otherwise I've heard anecdotally from other trans women that progesterone will have more of a focus on the lower shape than E would. You might want to see about talking to the healthcare provider you want that you're primarily wanting feminization of your power body, and are concerned for too much breast growth, which idk, might mean not doing E and only taking progesterone. I'm honestly not sure if that would be advisable to do, I'm literally just speculating here lol so I can't stress that enough I am unsure about that and you should talk to your healthcare provider about that if it would be true.

Now, in regards to your concern about being turned down due to not being a trans woman, my recommendation would be to go through an organization that is specifically for queer folks, rather than just any random endocrinologist or other doctor. I'm using Plume myself as a trans woman, and they're definitely pricey, but I feel it helps myself, personally knowing they are an organization specializing in trans binary and nonbinary hormone therapy. They're specifically on our side and their mission definitely seems progressive and open-minded with helping enbies too from what I know of them. You don't have to use them of course, but if you find another organization like that which has that mission where enbies are also specified, that might help assuage those worries :) such an org with experience in helping enby folx might also be able to help answer whether my speculation about progesterone for transfem enbies is true too.

In regards to the increasing fascism in the US... yeah that's a huge concern for me too. One thing that is keeping me hopeful, however, is that young people have been increasing their voter turnout and this past midterm, the extreme right underperformed massively than what was expected and typical during midterm elections. Also remember that every year, new 18 year olds become eligible to vote. By 2024, there will be millions more Gen Z able to vote who are overwhelmingly against the far right. Every year, more boomers and silent gen die too, who are the primary base of the far right. So I can see a situation over the next decade where the far right voter base dwindles down to a very small minority while more and more leftists become eligible to vote.
