Need Help!

I have some friends in HR, and I have some ideas within the HR sphere if you really don’t want the L&D track anymore:

1) Employee Engagement and Special Events — even with quarantine, big companies still have to have Programs arranged to keep employees happy and engaged with their work, even if it’s online. They need people to do the legwork in organizing and getting everything moving, etc.

2) HR Business Partner — this is the one that’s sure to have openings in a lot of big companies. You kind of have to be experienced in all HR facets to be considered for these roles, but if you can find an entry-level role for this, I’d recommend you take it.

3) Organization Development — this is the more theory / research-heavy side of HR that entails a lot of change management, studies, etc. I think a lot of consulting firms may hire people in this lane.

Good luck!!
