Naalala ko tuloy nung 1st year college pa ako at intern sa Watson's, may dumuro duro sa aking lalaki because of the mere fact na intern lang daw ako haha. I promised myself to never apply in a community pharmacy such as Watson's or Mercury nang hindi na ko maduro duro ng kung sino and boyyyy, I was wrong.
Hindi man pasyente sumisigaw sakin, mga nurse at doctors naman. I don't think I'll ever get used to their irate behaviors esp kapag toxic and alam kong never magiging reason yung pagiging toxic nila to behave in a rude way pero minsan sinasabi ko na lang na wala ako sa position nila, maybe their patients are being irate to them or maybe the patient's relatives - who knows.
Since all interaction happens on the phone, I try my best to calm down by not answering a phone or put in on DND for a couple of minutes.
Unfortunately, hindi talaga mawawala entitled customers.
