This is my own experience and opinion. I have a Masters Degree pero we’re not in the same field, so I can’t say if this is the case for you also:

If you plan to work or climb the ladder sa private / corporate:a Master’s Degree is a waste of time. It’s a lot of effort, depending on how long you plan to finish it. Plus, a lot of these companies don’t care about your educational attainment. Mas preferred nila work experience and work performance.

If you plan to work for the academe / government / build your own company: then yes, 1. the academe looks at higher degree and work experience 2. government requires higher educational attainment for promotion 3. If you run your own company, it will somehow add up to your credibility (pero baka mas okay kung MBA or business-related master’s)
