I need help breaking defensive sides.

I actually have decent success by simply not pressing for the ball OR running counterattacks.. I play 433 wide vertical tiki and my experience is This years fm Fluidity is key and when you have too many attacking players you’ll always have strict maybe fluid dynamic that means your attack will mostly happen over these attacking players and when the opponents mark these players down you’ll be basically harmless in the offense since your attack goes strictly over these players. I found out that having Very dynamic fluidity (I achieved it by only having 1 attacking striker midfield support, Defence Auto and defend) ergo the least amount of attacking players possible eliminates the thread of getting outcoached since everyone takes part in an successful attack and not only 3-4 key players hat can get pressured/marked down to ultimately make mistakes.. that’s also why I highly recommend trying to check the fluidity meter when you want to play a tiki taka. That’s an advice I could give everybody reading: fluid play is good for creative formations (tiki taka f.e) and strict is for catenaccio or counter formations
