Neurobiological mechanisms of anhedonia

The study includes showing a questionnaire they used that asks whether people would "enjoy" or "get pleasure" from various things. I'm not sure what that means. Do people get a feeling they actually sense from liking something, or enjoying something, or pleasure, or do they just get an opinion that they like it and an opinion that they think it's good and an obsessive idea that they want it again? I think a lot of people might answer that they enjoy or get pleasure from various things, without meaning that they actually sense anything different. So then the study going into discussing brain regions involved with feelings and even maybe interoception seems to be jumping to a conclusion about what people mean by enjoying things or mean by pleasure. Is it supposed to be that you literal feel, like actually sense, that you like or enjoy something, or is it just an opinion? I don't know.
