Here's in an Elle piece exploring beauty standards across many cultures. While some elements vary - for example lips, eyes, hairstyle, clothing - you will find universally that "beautiful women" are young and at a healthy weight (thin by modern standards but more athletic than anorexic etc):

And finally, if you prefer something more academic you could read Beauty in Context: Toward an Anthropological Approach to Aesthetics which similarly observes the impact of western ascendancy on global beauty standards but observes nonetheless that ideas of beauty oscillate around fitness and health in all societies (and further deplores the unhealthy outcomes that hegemonic standards have had on non-white people, eg eyelid modification).
