I have seen some wrong takes on this sub before, but this may be the wrongest.

• The confessional splicing is obnoxious and distracting, especially since those are redundant. How do they change where they are twice in a single paragraph?
• The editing is incredibly unbalanced, with some people getting 100+ confessionals and others only getting 6 despite both making the F5.
• They air things out of order and don't explain what's really going on, all while making votes predictable.
• The longest episodes make the show more insufferable because of all of this. They don't utilize the airtime advantage they have.

You have it backwards: The Australian editors need to watch US Survivor to see how to do it right. I find Australian Survivor nigh unwatchable, though I enjoyed the first ten episodes of season 6.
