Shan is the better player strategically and socially. You have to admit that getting multiple people to give you advantages (JD, the older lady I forget her name) is a feat not a lot of people have done. Her strategy was pretty sound too, getting into merge as a duo and ingraining herself in a majority alliance. Only issue with her is threat management.

Subjective of course, but to me she's the superior character. She was basically the main character in 41. She was extremely bitter but was more gracious in the end towards Deshawn. Also, what I appreciate about her was she's upfront. If she's bitter towards Ricard or anyone, you'd know about it post-game. No fake niceties. This is the type of villain I like.

Karla only has the physical aspect going for her.
