You might actually be doing nothing. What time are your shifts, morning, mid or night? Unless your morning, grab a 2-tier cart or whatever you guys use I have seen vehicles here that we dont have. And zone: take out anything that doesn't belong that guests just put there like shoes, pens, cookies, swim suits etc. Make sure to remove any used packages and look at anything titled "zone porn here" the items should be it neat rows with all product pulled to the front. You are supposed to upsell to guests and talk to them. At my store we have to write down what we upsold. If you are morning I would ask your tem lead what they want you to do and if you do not know how to do something say so. Freight and back stock are not something we can tell you, we dont know where your carts of freight will be or which aisles to back stock to but can explain the general process only. My TL have always been happy to help or show me something.
