UPDATE:

I was in the backyard watching the sunset one evening two weeks ago, and was home alone. I came in the house after the sun set, and realized I didn't turn on any interior lights. There was one light, but this light was the light coming from the water/ice dispenser off the fridge (which we NEVER use)... not sure how the light was turned on (my SO was out of town and this light does not have the ability to turn on remotely).... and then, The other night my SO and I get home from being out on a walk, and a few seconds after we go in the house, our alarm set to "armed away" where it does a countdown for 60 seconds for you to leave the house before it was set to "armed". Neither us of set the alarm, and our phone notes the alarm was triggered from the alarm panel and not our phones.
