New leak claims T-Mobile will announce unlimited high-speed streaming for Netflix, HBO and more

I used to be onboard all this T-Mobile hype train, then I got the service.

It's terrible, it drops all the time, they've got a million-and-one excuses for why their service doesn't work, and they don't fix it when it's broken.

Plus their coverage map is a complete lie. According to their map I should have good 2G here, I get no data here or where they say i'll get 4G, and when I called and asked why this was they made me troubleshoot the issue for hours on end, refusing to escalate the issue and finally admitted the map must be wrong. They didn't change it though, it still say's I'll get 2G at home and 4G in town.

That's not the worst of it though, In the past 2 months not even voice works on the T-Mobile network at home. Once again, I troubleshot the issue with them for hours, with no result, got the issue escalated and claimed I'd receive a response in a couple days. They didn't call for a week, I called them. The issue hadn't been escalated. I troubleshot again, escalated again, was told I'd receive a response in a couple days again. It's been a week. About half way through the week through my own troubleshooting of the issue I managed to figure out how to switch to only use backup/roaming towers, and I'm getting voice off of a 2-bar roaming AT&T tower. The t-mobile connection still doesn't work at all and I had to hardset the phone to not connect to it and remember to undo that every time I go outside the range of the tower so I don't miss calls.

After a year and a half of this I can say without a doubt FUCK TMOBILE.

tl;dr:

<tmoblie> Hey I'll give you great service speeds and signal.
 <me> okay, sounds great.
<tmobile> oh crap turns out I don't have great speeds or signal check out all this great service though.
 <me> but I can't use it.
<tmobile> check out all this great service though.
