Future video player patchnotes:
video progress bar goes from right to left
watchers can now attach Reddit awards to specific points of time in the video (similar to Soundcloud comments being attachable to specific points of time in a music track)
awards in videos come with all the loved distractions you know from comments - Gold awards apply a gold filter for a couple of seconds, while "On fire" awards apply a fire filter for a couple of seconds.
profile pictures of other users hovering above the progress bar show which part of the video other users are currently watching.
at the end of the video after a couple of seconds users will be redirected to an entirely different Reddit video post, similar to how YouTubes autoplay sends users to other YouTube videos.
