David said that they didn't keep anyone out because of their race before, so either they were racists and liars, or they didn't do anything wrong, and it was coincidental or due to less interest by POC to appear on the podcast.

and when you have a huge audience and your cast looks like this, you need to take steps to make sure you’re making an appropriate effort to reach out to those who are underrepresented.
