Hey, u/caligari87 I just wanted to say as a mod for a sub thats growing in size (& have alrwady had a few post that were concerning/troubling enough that made me ponder what to do as said mod of the sub). I really appreciate this post as a future guidline to myself. For how to handle sensative situations in the future. You guys have done a great job from the outside of keeping the discourse civil here. This post is well written & concise. Im even saving it so in the furute i can use it as an example to the other mods in the sub im part of as how we should be handling situations.
