I like Derek/Claire, Emily/Molly, and Quinton/Maddie.

Derek and Claire are really interesting to watch due to how their navigating skills keep saving them after falling behind at roadblocks. Also an interesting relationship dynamic, I'm intrigued to see whether the race strengthens their relationship or cracks it. (I don't watch Big Brother and hadn't heard of them before, but I still find them compelling.)

Emily and Molly have everything I look for in a racing team. Compelling backstory, interesting relationship dynamic in that they're still getting to know one another, strong in challenges and might be competitive to go far in the race, and an all-female team.

Quinton and Maddie I enjoy the dynamic of their friendship, and their editing is keeping me guessing about how far they go in the race. I could see them being the next boot or being in the final 3.
