Our school was gonna fire 6 teachers so we are now on strike

I don't see the issue people are taking against the students.

Lets take OP at his word. 3 teachers for 120 students. That's 40 students per teacher. This isn't a lecture hall, it's a high school. That ain't gonna fucking cut it. These kids are getting a sub-par education.

These kids have no voting rights. They have no conventional ability to have an effect here, and they are the ones getting the largest part of the negative effect. Are you really going to vilify them because they want more teachers? What do you expect them to do? Go to a fucking PTA meeting and get taken seriously as a 15 year old? I fucking doubt it.

Don't tell a kid that he has to share a book with 5 other students and then blame the students for wanting a better education. It's amazing these kids are saying "hey, I actually want to learn some shit in school". That's a fucking miracle.

This is literally the best possible action for the students. If they're getting an ultimately sub-par education, there isn't any ill effect for the students to do this. This administration clearly does not have the resources to keep these kids back a year with a whole new class.
