Ok I'm a Modi fan but rahul is talking about selling the science you can learn from the data.

For example, if all of Indian medical records are kept in one database, than you can easily do some data manipulation to figure out which treatments are resulting in the best outcomes.

Now, rahul doesnt explain this properly and it's hard for someone not familiar with medical science to understand what he is talking about.

The idea is actually good but he doesnt explain it. However, ideas are easy to spit out. It's the execution that is hard. This kind of medical database and learning from that medical database requires very good execution that no country currently has.
