Impound their cars for 5 days. They need to be in such a hurry to get places? They can walk or take public transportation. Driving is a privilege but a whole lot of people here acts like they are entitled to it. I see people like that who lay on their horn just because the person in front of them made them slow down when something is blocking the road like a truck backing up.

People here do not drive the speed limit and it's rarely enforced. It took tons of complaints about people racing for the police to just start targeting them. The police should not be reactionary when it comes to enforcing laws like road safety.

I have friends who moved from here get a ton of tickets because the road laws where they live now are heavily enforced and they had to relearn how to drive according to the rules of the road.
