Yes it is. Why would you buy the full game expecting beta stuff to not change when you were warned it could? That is entirely your fault and the fault of anyone that did the same. It sucks but it’s still your fault. How much they’ve made is ultimately irrelevant because you weren’t promised 60hz servers. They literally promised they might not be be there with that disclaimer.

Let’s say you were shopping online for a jacket. You look at pictures of this nice black one that’s listed and decide you want it because the black really works on this jacket. There’s a disclaimer that says “Colors available while supplies last. Color of jacket received may not be color ordered” and you buy it and get a red one instead of the black you wanted, did the store lie? Did they not sufficiently warn you?

They did and you didn’t heed it. You bought it knowing full well that the jacket color might not be what you expected. You have no right to be pissed at them for not providing what you wanted when you were told you may not get it. Just switch the fucking jacket for 60hz servers and the same idea applies. Instead of a black (60hz) Jacket, you got a red (20hz) Jacket.
