People who have jobs where you go inside homes, what's the worst thing you've seen?

My dad has had a bunch of rental houses and he has so many Section 8 applicants that try to get in... I've told him I won't help him fix anything up that was ransacked by Section 8. The property next to ours had Section 8 people living in it and they trashed it so bad the new property owner just bulldozed the whole thing. I've already had to help him basically completely renovate the inside of 3 of them now because he let his brother just rent them out to anyone. First two they kept a dog even though they shouldn't have, soaked the floors in piss. Third one... they had so many cockroaches it was like the walls were moving. Best part was they said they were moving out because they found a "nicer" place to live that was cheaper. The units are basically little houses with 2 bedrooms a kitchen and a living room and none of the tenants have to pay utilities (from what my dad says the power/water lines are all really old and it's hard to divide up the cost correctly for each tenant? Idk) and he only charges 850 a month. It was laughable hearing this disgusting woman who let her kids live in roach infested rooms say that she found a cheaper and better place to live.
