People who have signed NDAs that have now expired or for whatever reason are no longer valid. What couldn't you tell us but now can?

The malpractice going on surrounding organ harvesting is far more morally corrupt than this. A majority of transplants come from those defined as 'brain dead', but hospitals are notorious for not thoroughly checking patients and rushing to have them taken off life support. They'll recommend it within the first 2-3 days, even though a majority of coma recoveries can take weeks, ultimately it's up to the family member, but a lot of them are ignorant of this. And if they're organ donors then once they're taken off a lot of them will give a dose of fentanyl that ends up killing the person to rush the process without giving them much of a chance to breathe or recover on their own, even though countless patients have recovered after removing life support.
