Plain clothes Lieutenant gets treated like a civilian at typical traffic stop.

Actually, it's a discussion about how words can mean different things in different contexts. Like, if a person says, "Get a load of that knucklehead over there!" to a bunch of bikers, everybody knows "knucklehead" means a certain type of Harley, but if a person says the same thing here on /r/BCND, there's a good chance the instant knucklehead is just you again.

See, that's how the word "civilian" can mean "not a soldier" in a military context, and "not a cop" in a police context. But if parsing plain english isn't your strong suit, that's okay, because at least your heart is in the right place when it comes to police accountability.

Moving on to the subject of police accountability, hi, my name is Eric Rachner, who the hell are you? Let me guess, some RevCom kiddie who thinks meaningful social change starts with setting dumpster fires?

I busted the Seattle Police for hiding the video of themselves illegally arresting me back in 2008, so tell me again how I'm a foul and pathetic pig. After that, I busted them again for hiding/losing over 150,000 videos of other people's arrests, so tell me again how I can't solve problems. I instaged, and provided key evidence in, [the KOMO TV lawsuit[(http://caselaw.findlaw.com/wa-supreme-court/1669869.html) that resulted in the state supreme court putting an end to the secrecy of in-car videos in Washington, so tell me again how my arguments are based upon critical corruptions of the law. When I worked with local defense attorneys to overturn the unlawful convictions of innocent people like Donald Fuller, that was just my foul and pathetic pig side showing, right? And when that same work resulted in SPD's internal affairs director being forced out, well, tell me again how that was just me defending the cops.

But enough about me, big mouth. What the fuck have you done?
