[Planning](CAN)$12k in debt, no skill/poor Education, unable to compete, Mentally Disabled

Assuming you are being antipsychotic medication or mood altering drugs, it is very normal to be adversely affected in the manner you describe.

I pay money to student loans and the amount I owe is going down.

I do not know Canada, but in the USA, federal student loans can be paid by the state if someone becomes permanently disabled. See if your particular loans can be covered by some program. The lender is not likely to advertise such options if they are anything like lenders in the USA.

Be more disciplined and hard working.

Don't feel too bad. The disorder you have is a real medical condition and it is not something you chose. Keep in mind that the limitations it imposes may not be immediately obvious to you.

The drugs are another problem as well.

Focus on being safe and healthy.

I feel like I am going to faint any day now at work.

One generally has a seizure after syncope if one remains upright.

Depending on the reason for this feeling, it could be a drop in blood pressure. If that is the case, doctors should examine you. If it helps, if you feel pre-syncope (feeling of going to faint), it can help to tighten the muscles in your lower body to help raise your blood pressure.

Make sure your boss knows how you feel just in case something happens.

I am overweight 250lbs

The drugs you are taking are probably no help. You should post in /r/schizophrenia or /r/schizoaffective for help on managing these issues.
